TRACEABLE ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Question: Can every endorsement be followed to its origin, link by link along the delegation chain? Requirement: The envelope carries the full endorsement chain and resolves to a named origin anchor. 2. TRANSPARENT ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Question: Can every party downstream see the current endorsement state — not just the party that issued it? Requirement: A status endpoint is published and is queryable by any downstream relying party. 3. TIMELY ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Question: When authority is withdrawn upstream, how fast does the revocation propagate — and is that latency measured, not assumed? Requirement: A propagation-latency target is declared as a positive, measurable bound. 4. TRUSTWORTHY ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Question: Does a revoked endorsement stop reading as valid everywhere it was ever relied upon — provably, not on trust? Requirement: Semantics are fail-closed: a revoked endorsement reads as invalid everywhere at once. ======================================================================== CONFORMANCE TIERS ======================================================================== T1 — Declared ------------------------------------------------------------------------ The four movements are answerable from the document itself — the chain, the status endpoint, the latency target and fail-closed semantics are all present. T2 — Propagating ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Declared only. The envelope describes an active propagation mechanism and a measured latency — but a document cannot prove a revocation actually reached every downstream party. T3 — Provable ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Declared only. The envelope points at a tamper-evident propagation log and a third-party verification endpoint — real proof means fetching and checking that evidence. ======================================================================== Formats: HTML https://t-rue.org/t-rue | JSON https://t-rue.org/t-rue/spec.json Reference kit: https://t-rue.org/t-rue/reference Test vectors: https://t-rue.org/t-rue/test-vectors ========================================================================
